Q :
Do I need any equipment and if so what equipment do I need?  

A :
No, you don't need any equipment. I travel to you with my own mobile fitness equipment. I will bring all that is required if you don't already have them.

Q :
My house isn't that big, how much space is recommended? 

A : A minimum of 80 square feet is suitable for the workouts. Areas can include guest room, living room, family room, hallway, garage, front or backyard.

Q : If my spouse (or friend) is interested, can we train together? 

A :
Yes, couple/duo training is available.  Partner exercises will be included as well as solo exercises so each client can be pushed to their individual fitness level.

Q : Are you insured? 

A : Yes, I am insured by a very reputable company.

Q : How frequent do you recommend weight training? 

A :
For the non-active to some what active individual, 3x week is recommended to achieve desired results.

Q : What is Jan Fitness? Is it a gym or a studio?

A :
It's neither one. I am a privately owned company offering personal training and sports conditioning services to people within their own home or almost anywhere convenient to the
client.

Q : How long is an Initial Consultation?

A :
Please allow up to an hour for an initial consultation. I like to make sure I have enough time to thoroughly go over a client's medical/exercise history and fitness goals.
